From the very first pop to our kettle pots, every batch is coated in warm, buttery caramel before being spread across our cooling tables to cool. Once it's ready, it's packed up and waiting to be enjoyed. It's a process we've loved for years, and we think it's just as fun to watch as it is to eat!

30 years ago, artist Zdeno Mayercak created "Lenny" - Maine's life size chocolate moose. He remains the only human in known history to ever ride a life size chocolate moose. It was a sweet reunion to see him in the shop again after all this time.
