Met some great vendors at Gather Brewing Company - Universal City yesterday. Of course when you see another cactus company that’s gotta be the fave. The Princess and The Donkey repurposes items into beautiful art. I had a hard time deciding but ended up taking home a Texas license plate with a prickly pear and bluebonnet scene painting for my front porch. I have to also give a shout out to two other vendors though. The Texas Tea Bar is a new vendor with super yummy flavored tea. And Frost Farms makes coffee syrups. I asked if they had anything chocolate and was introduced to Vampire’s Kiss, a chocolate cherry that is the 💣 of syrups! I hope they both come back because I’m definitely going to need a refill!

We do this not just to raise money but to raise awareness. Sharing the symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes so that others may get diagnosed before it’s too late. It can often be mistaken for the flu or fatigue from a growth spurt. If you think you may have T1 please go to the hospital immediately.
