As promised, the 2026 Bass Challenge TOC Qualifiers! It took 18 points to make the cut. Congratulations to the qualifiers and thank you for making this season a success and fun to do. the championship will be held at Lee's Campground on August 18 from 12 to 6. Thanks again for a great summer!

Took down the previous listings of just some of the best used bows we have available so there isn't any confusion about what is left.

We're down from eight to six but Tim wanted to let folks know we do have a couple used left handed bows available as well.

Also, if you need work done on your bow, a tune up, or especially a string and cable set made NOW IS THE TIME! Tim is wanting to get bow work done before school starts again. No benefit to putting it off and leaving yourself less time to practice.

FB keeps limiting our reach every time we post a picture of a bow, and then says oh sorry after we request a review 😡

To avoid that complication during our busiest time of the year here goes ... a list of some of the used bows we currently have available. Going to tease them over the next couple days, but feel free to call ask ask about what we have available, 518-584-3952.

First up two Mathews Heli-m bows, each with new custom strings and cables made by Tim, $499. each.

While our main focus is adult bow hunters we do try to keep a couple youth options available in store. We're always able to special order anything Bear carries as an Authorized Dealer. Stop by and talk to Tim. For the next few weeks he'll be the primary person at the store during store hours. Friday morning the store opens at 10 but he has to attend a school bus driving refresher, gotta keep those kids safe! He'll be in the store at noon until close.

TWO ANNOUNCEMENTS!

1. Due to flooding at Lee's Campground the Tues night tournament for August 4 has been cancelled.

2. Tim got the store sign mostly finished. I mean it looks finished to me, but he has some embellishments to add.

Rainy day activity: Check your bow hunting equipment and see if you need any service work done. Right now the turn around is less than a week but pretty soon that will change.

Doesn't matter when you bought your bow or where, Tim will fix you up. Of course if you are in the market for something new we can take care of that too! Pictured is a selection of used bows available as well. (We are currently not taking in any more used bows)

For the anglers, if you've been fishing regularly it might be time to change that fishing line.
