Our vendor application is now LIVE! Please click the link below and fill out all information. The application will end on August 24th & we will do our best to have acceptance information sent out by September 1st.

We try our best to not have duplicates of the same food or merchandise, those will be chosen by first come.

Our food vendors sold out BOTH nights last year! This is a great event!

We would absolutely LOVE to see even more participation from our local Schools & local organizations!

🎉 We’re Looking for Appreciation Days Volunteers! 🎉

Want to be part of the team that helps bring one of Scotts Hill’s favorite weekends to life?

Join Co-Chairs Jessica and Hannah (and an incredible team of volunteers!) as we prepare for Scotts Hill Appreciation Days 2026 on October 2 & 3.

There are so many ways to help in the weeks leading up to the big weekend, including:
✨ Gathering sponsorships
📌 Hanging flyers around the community
🌼 Decorating the park
🤝 Communicating with vendors
📋 Assisting with planning and other community tasks
🎪 Helping make Appreciation Days a memorable event for everyone

Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to be involved throughout the planning process, we’d love to have you on the team. It’s a great way to meet new people, give back to our community, and be part of something special.

The countdown is on for Scotts Hill Appreciation Days 2026!

After an incredible turnout and community support last year, we’re excited to bring the event back and make it even bigger and better this year. We can’t wait to celebrate everything that makes Scotts Hill such a special place to call home.

✨ Important Dates
• Vendor Applications Open: July 1st
• Sponsorship Opportunities Available: Beginning at the end of June

We’re also looking for community members who would like to help make this event a success. If you consider yourself part of the community in Scotts Hill and are interested in volunteering during the planning process or event weekend, we’d love to hear from you!

Bicentennial Shirts & Books are ready for pickup Style & Sun Beauty Salon + Gift Shop We have ALOT that have not been picked up! Please reach out to me if needed —> Jessica Sanders. I will be in and out of the shop today. The rest of this week I will be there Thursday 9:00-4:30. Friday 9:00-5:00 & Saturday 9:00-12:00. Located at 80 HWY 114S Scotts Hill TN 38371. 731-968-4737 if you need me.
