October 2023, The DA told us that because he had no priors and the police didn’t show her the videos or $1600 in receipts, they let him go. Concerned citizens wrote to us and we so appreciated their comments. All we can all can do is have more, and higher quality cameras that can’t be ripped out as he did, get a security screen door as he tried it and it was locked, keep all gates locked, and protect yourselves and your family the best way you know how that is within the law so your integrity is never in question. This is happening more because of the millions of homeless immigrants who crossed our border. Even this man is still pushing a shopping cart on Scottsdale Road.Ross Heyl

We were at home today and heard a loud voice talking and yelling. When we went outside we saw a homeless woman dressed in fatigue type colors walking back to the house , walking around it trying the doors and yelling. She appeared to be acting as if she had paranoid schizophrenia. Then she started coming out of the culdsac and walked towards 87th and Indian School. I called the police but we saw the owner emerge from the home. My husband went down and discussed the situation.The owner moved out last year and her daughter keeps an eye on the property via the ring system. Last year the daughter had tried to help the woman offering clothes food and assistance. Then she caught this same homeless woman swimming naked in her pool. The police were called and a report was taken. Tomorrow they will go down and file a restraining order. Lock your gates!!! Keep your doors and windows locked. If you see this woman on our street, please call the police.

Do you feel safe in your neighborhood? I sis until I saw this footage we captured and turned into the Police. They arrested him and gave the DA the evidence and she chose not to prosecute. You decide.

This weekend we were victims of a criminal damages, burglary and tampering with the us mail which is a felony. More in a second. Thanks to a neighbor we have him on video 1 stealing bricks from the construction across the street to use to destroy all kinds of things in my yard
