How to tuck that wire tail like a pro! ✨

Nothing ruins a beautiful wire wrapped piece faster than a sharp edge that snags on clothes or scratches skin. Here is how to get a seamless finish every single time 🙇‍♀️

Tips & Tricks 📌

Cut Flush:
Always use the flat side of your flush cutters facing toward your work so the cut end is flat, not sharp.

Leave Just Enough:
Cut the wire tail so it’s only about 1–2 mm long just long enough to curl under, but short enough to hide inside or along the wrap.

Pliers are Key:
Use chain nose pliers to gently guide and compress the end under an existing coil or frame wire.

The “Touch Test”:
Run your finger back and forth over the tuck. If you feel even the tiniest scratch, give it one more gentle pinch or smooth it down with a polishing block.
