I’m not gonna lie… I had to completely change how I take care of my body this past year.
After my injury, I couldn’t work out the way I used to. No more heavy lifting, no more pushing the same way.
So I had a choice…
Either fall off completely or adjust.
I chose to adjust.
That meant:
✔️ Walking more
✔️ Staying consistent instead of intense
✔️ Being more intentional with what I put in my body
I started with sea moss gel—and don’t get me wrong, it works…
but that texture?? 😭 I couldn’t do it every day.
So I switched to the gummies.
Now it’s simple:
