Pennsylvania's Act 57 is exhausting. Do I look as tired as I feel? Maybe! Is my smile hiding my exhaustion? Hopefully, lol!
Regardless, I'm here for you Sunday through Wednesday weekly!! Have questions or concerns? We're here to help seven days a week (Jay will help you Thursdays through Saturdays)!
We are still here for you. Orders are still arriving weekly. PA may have limited our product offerings; but we will have everything we are legally allowed to sell available for you. And we are checking the ENDS directory DAILY so we can bring back products as soon as they get approved.

10/15/2026

Don't miss your last chance to stock up on these remaining Fifty Bars! We will only be able to sell them until October 18th. You will not see some of these flavors again. Say goodbye to Butterbean, Blueberry Pound Cake, Pink Milk, Raspberry Jam and Pineapple Whip 😥

Happy HALF PRICE WEDNESDAY everybody!
This is the last week that you can get many popular flavors in Pennsylvania. We can only sell liquids listed on the PA ENDS Directory beginning Monday 10/19 and these liquids only have "PENDING CERTIFICATION" status, so we're selling them for 50% OFF today!!

We're taking 50% OFF of the regular price of all of the 60mL-120mL bottles we have in stock from the following liquid companies:
Coastal Clouds
Cold Fusion
Four Seasons
Jimmy the Juice Man
Juice Head
Silverback
Su***de Bunny
Twist
V**etasia

In case you've been living under a rock and you haven't heard about the new regulations in Pennsylvania, here's what it's all about:
The reason we are clearing out so many liquids is Pennsylvania's HB 1425, also known as Act 57 of 2025. This bill created an ENDS directory (basically a v**e registry) that severely limits the products we will be allowed to sell in Pennsylvania. All of the liquids we have on sale today are labeled "pending" in the ENDS directory.. they have not yet been approved.

Until they are moved from pending certification to the actual ENDS directory, we can face severe penalties beginning October 19th for any of these bottles that remain on our shelves. So for right now we have no choice but to temporarily discontinue products from these nine companies.

Make sure you stock up on these flavors NOW because they won't be back on our shelves until they are published on the ENDS directory.

*With rising prices we can not offer a 50% discount on salt nic bottles; but we are selling the 30mL salt nic bottles that we have in stock from these companies at a discounted price of $14.99 per bottle one day only!

The discounted prices on all of these pending products are available between 11am and 7pm TODAY Wednesday, October 14th ONLY at
Infamous V**e Shop
3025 Pittston Ave in Scranton
(on the corner of Pittston Ave and Davis St)
