How pretty is this vintage little pedestal dish?

This little cake stand is so delicate and pretty. Perfect for entertaining or as a hostess gift. It is signed, really small, P Weyburg on top of the plate. Other than that, I do not see any makers marks. This is a smaller dessert stand at about 4 tall and 7 across. No chips or cracks. Looks great!
