Happy Saturday, SunRose friends! I have a wonderful project to share with you, and it includes many of the artists of SunRose♡♡♡ Sadie Mercer at the Seaside Chamber of Commerce had the fun idea to put original art on all 115 trash receptacles around Seaside! She put SunRose fiber artist Robin Montero in charge of this massive undertaking...and Robin did a FANTASTIC job selecting the art out of 500 submissions and mindfully placing them to harmonize with each receptacle's surroundings. Those of you lucky enough to be visiting Seaside will be amazed at this artistic undertaking and it's contribution to Seaside's charm!!!

Happy sunny Saturday friends! Have you ever heard of Bee Bowls? It is a pretty half cup on a stake you put in a flower pot or garden and fill it with water...the bees love to drink out of it! Our mixed media artist Patty Thurlby just brought us some handcrafted ceramic ones that are so cute!

Throwback Thursday...I got a mosaic lesson from this little cutie's mom years ago. This was her amazing bathroom! She just stumbled onto SunRose while visiting the beach one weekend and couldn't believe all our mosaics. She shared pictures of hers and I was so impressed I asked if she could give me a lesson. It was such a great day!!
