Life is a classroom, and sometimes we all need reminders to stay inspired. I had the amazing opportunity to join a meetup with some incredible women in Seattle where we discussed Let Them by Mel Robbins. If you haven’t checked out the book yet, it’s definitely worth a read. It’s all about the power of our choices and how we have the agency to create the life we want. One quote that stood out:

“Your life is your responsibility. You cannot blame anyone for the life you have created. You have the agency to change it at any moment. You are the creator of your own story.”

Inspired by and , I created these custom candles just for the event as a reminder of the agency we hold in our lives. Each candle represents the choice to decide that no matter what happens to us or what anyone else does or thinks, we also have a choice about what to do next.

Seattle friends! Come hang with us TODAY at from 2-5 PM for a chill afternoon of wine, flowers, candles, and good vibes.

Sip some amazing wine, and if you’re feeling it… pick your favorite 🌸 stems and build a bouquet that’s totally you. Plus, take home a candle (I’ll have a couple you can’t get online!) as a little reminder of the badass you are.

This s**t ain’t easy & you’re a goddess. Just a reminder.

Sometimes life doesn’t just rain. It storms. But even in your lowest lows, remember this: you’re not just surviving, you’re divine.

This candle is your reminder.

The goddess in you isn’t hiding in the hard to find places. She’s already there. She’s in your tears, your laughter, in all of the moments in between. She’s there when you realize you aren’t broken, you’re just opening up to the love and power within. She’s there when you stand strong, even when it feels like you are falling apart.

Light this when you need to remember. 💛 🕯️

Maybe you need this reminder: You’re amazing when you’re real. When you’re fully yourself.

Own that s**t. 🕯️

When that familiar feeling of ambivalence creeps in, pause and listen. What do you actually want? Not what you should want. Not what others expect. Just what YOU want.

Because saying ‘no’ to what doesn’t align is saying ‘yes’ to yourself. To authenticity. To deeper connections built on truth. 💛 🕯️

That’s what owning your power looks like.

We say yes when we don’t really mean it. Yes to plans we don’t want. Yes to commitments that drain us. Yes to things or people that don’t align.

But every ‘no’ is actually a ‘yes’—to yourself, to authenticity, to deeper connections built on truth.

Maybe you need a reminder, so this is it. 💛

Next time you feel that tension, ask yourself: What do I actually want? Listen. Honor it.

Give yourself permission to say no if you feel it.

Find what makes you feel alive. Therein lies the magic.

These little moments in our lives, they add up and they become our life’s journey.

Sometimes we may find ourselves searching to find our purpose or ways to self-transformation. I think it’s in this search where we actually get lost and confused.

Your light, your magic - it’s right here, right now. It’s in this moment and in the very next moment. The way to find it is by finding what lights you up right now. In this messy, chaotic moment. Right now.

Life wants to be lived. Trust in what you love. Trust in what lights us up. Tap into that. That’s where you become light, a beacon for both your own life’s journey for those around you. Be the light. You are f*cking magic.
