1️⃣ Placemats! I like round ones like the plate shape for ease around the table.
2️⃣ Plates set the tone but promise me you will remember every day is worth the china. I inherited this Minton set from my Aunt Louise. πŸ’™
3️⃣ Flatware is fun! I love these gold ones from West Elm.
4️⃣ Cloth napkins always! Even for casual evenings. My napkins only need a cold wash and a low dryer! Paper towels….just no, for my sake and Mother Earth. 😘
5️⃣ A small touch isn’t necessary, but a snip of herbs, flowers or greenery add a personal touch that is so important.

My first offering of embroidered napkins! There are six different French words and two of each word! They are β€œSavourer” - meaning Savor, β€œBon Appetit” -meaning Enjoy your meal, β€œDelicieux” meaning Delicious, β€œAvoir faim” meaning To be hungry, β€œLa nourriture” meaning Food, and β€œGouter” meaning Taste. Make sure and do a tri-fold of your napkin so the writing shows. Set of twelve are $180.

About the fabric print: Originally created in 1964, the Liberty of London Hampstead Meadow features a symmetrical, stylized floral pattern which is inspired by British flower shows and features a neutral color palette. Soft blues, creams, greens and pinks stand out against the navy blue background.
