🍫 Guess who’s back in the house: Chipotle Fudge Brownie!

A rich fudge brownie, gluten and nut free, made from scratch with minimal ingredients, featuring 65% dark chocolate and just enough chipotle pepper to create a pleasant background heat on the finish.

The confection is covered with more dark chocolate and finished with crushed cocoa nibs and fleur de sel. This one is addictive!

Owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Javier and Shylah Alfonso, Pomum Cellars 🍷 Washington Wine and Idilico have been crafting uniquely beautiful WA wines here for over two decades.

Originally from the famed Ribera del Duero region in Spain, winemaker Javier Alfonso is determined to showcase a true expression of wine grown in the unique viticultural areas in Washington State.

Come meet Javier and taste through a 5 wine flight of Pomum + Idilico wines at Flight on Wednesday, 9/16.
