Our Closing Sale Begins This Sunday

After many wonderful years, Wise Owl Books & Music will be closing our doors. Our final day will be Saturday, September 26.

Beginning this Saturday, everything in the store is 20% OFF, except vintage mysteries. This is your chance to shop our selection of books, vinyl, games, gifts, and more while supporting a local independent bookstore one last time.

We'll be open weekends only, and discounts will increase each week until everything is gone. Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount.

Dear Friends,

After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to close the Wise Owl Books & Music storefront and transition to an online-only platform. Our final day of business will be Saturday, September 26.

This store has been much more than a place to buy books and music. It has been a gathering place where friendships were formed, stories were shared, and a love of reading and music was celebrated. We are deeply grateful for the support, kindness, and loyalty you have shown us over the years. Your patronage has meant more than words can express.

Beginning Sunday, July 12th, we will hold a Closing Sale. Discounts will increase each weekend as we work toward our final day. We hope you'll stop in, browse one last time, and help us find new homes for the books, records, gifts, and fixtures that have filled our space over the past 5 years.

Whether you've been with us from the beginning or discovered us only recently, thank you for making Wise Owl Books & Music a part of your life. We have truly appreciated being part of this community.

Winter solstice calls for a short stack of spooky reads to curl under a blanket with. We will be open on Christmas Eve until 2pm but will be closed to in-store shopping 12/24-01/01 to recover from this dumpster fire of a year.
