A couple vintage triple pickup Gibson Les Paul Customs currently kicking around. The 1976 with DiMarzio Super Distortions is a real flamethrower (no surprise). Nothing like a maple neck ‘70s Les Paul to cut through like crazy.

Our other triple pickup guy is an ‘81 with two T Tops and a Tim Shaw, all of which appear to be stock (!). More vintage-y flavored, and still plenty mean.

Stratotones! The Harmony Stratotone Jupiter H49 and its Silvertone variant 1423 are some of the absolute toughest guitars for us to keep in the shop. 5lbs (or less) + DeArmond gold foils - what’s not to like?

All early examples here from 1958-60, all freshly serviced by our tech team, and without any of the funny business that often plagues these around the input jacks (look Ma, no cracks).

Greeny double take: Years before the Gibson’s Collector’s Choice line and subsequent aged Greeny models, some intrepid individual took it upon themselves to create the ultimate tribute. And they started with Gibson’s best, a 2000 Custom Shop Historic R9 (and one of the rare few with a Brazilian rosewood board, no less).

Aftermarket aging approximates the pick, forearm and buckle wear on the Peter Green/Gary Moore/Kirk Hammet guitar with aged mid-matched k***s, vintage Schaller tuners and even a faux headstock repair.

But the real kicker: in addition to upgrading the harness, this Greeny was outfitted with a genuine set of early ‘60s Gibson Patent Sticker humbuckers with original nickel covers (out-of-phase, as they should be).

You’ve got 4k worth of pickups alone here, plus a Brazilian board R9 with some tasty aging. Took a bit of sleuthing to figure out exactly what we had here, and what a git.

This fresh and toasty duo of devils just hit the showroom: 1964 SG Standard on the left, and early 1965 SG Standard on the right. Both super clean, both total screamers.

Another tip top team up: Collings 470 JL Julian Lage and our Two Rock Traditional Clean in suede. Suede might not be your go-to road dog amp covering, but slap me sideways of it doesn’t look fantastic.

Joe Bass! Blown away to see this piece of PNW music history walk through the door. Few instruments are more personal and more recognizable in Seattle’s scene than Joe Skyward’s 1962 Fender Precision Bass. His tried and true road dog played in:

Sunny Day Real Estate
The Posies
The Long Winters

This absolute beast of a bass is signed on the front by Chris Squire and on the back by Krist Novoselic (many more signatures on the back are faint or lost to buckle rash).

Looking for the right home for this one, and hope to see it back out on the road.
