We consider ourselves to be temporary custodians of your books and treat each item with this philosophy in mind. Penny Van Kirk entered the booktrade in her youth with a sidewalk comic book stand. She studied English

Literature and received a Masters Degree in librarianship from the University of Washington. Her ongoing education in bookselling began at the Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar.
