Beguiling spun silver wirework jewelry showcasing gemstones, Swarovski crystals, and other precious things.

I find inspiration in the strangest places (traffic, laundry, restaurants) as well as some obvious ones (flora, the Pacific coast, art) and can be found whipping out my smartphone to compose a quick note - a virtual blueprint - for later use. I take pride in using only fine or sterling silver and gemstones, pearls, Swarovski crystal and other precious things. Each piece is handmade (sometimes pai

nstakingly so) by me and comes with a lifetime warranty. Although I have dabbled in stringing and basic jewelry-making it is intermediate and advanced wirework that is my passion and I look forward to discovering innovative and even more complex ways of manipulating silver wire into something wearable and covetous. Paddy Litvak Jewelry uses ULINE Indestructo boxes which are recyclable and crushproof up to 200 lbs.

Our brand is decadence.

(Our photobox and lighting arrangement, however, are not quite up to par so here's a quick DIY shot.)

These are the Capricorn Queen earrings from the Thriftease show - I wore them last night because they were begging for it. Copper Shade Soliloquy components topped with crystals of Golden Shadow, Topaz AB, Jet, and Hyacinth. Handmade earwires boast a chunky Baltic Amber nugget. Oxidozed fine silver, oxidized sterling silver, Swarovski crystal, and Baltic Amber.

I will eventually list a pair of Queen earrings in the shop but they're probably going to run about $300 so I'm a little reluctant. It's my favorite design, though, and the epitome of decadence. Well worth the 4+ hours I put into each pair.

All of my work can be defined in degrees of decadence, though ;)

Spike Soliloquy Earrings in Astral Pink (a transparent tangerine with a pink flash) are throwing light at me as I'm editing pictures for some new listings (FINALLY!). These fiery beauties are due to be photographed along with the Light Turquoise and Metallic Blue 2x ones. Also a Light Turquoise pendant necklace in the mix!

Oh, but I do need to invest in a lint roller for the photo box lining!

It's chunky sweater and long-sleeve tunic weather which always brings to mind chunky pendant necklaces. This OOAK beauty features a faceted Swarovski crystal sphere in subtle and shimmery Golden Shadow encaged in oxidized fine silver wire, topped by a hand-coiled fine silver bail, and suspended from oxidized sterling silver chain.

The Second Annual Allies In Art Silent Auction is tonight! Vibrant Palette Arts Center is a non-profit that provides Seattle adults with disabilities a social and creative space as well as support and education to fully realize their artistic talent. We are pleased to have our jewelry in the silent auction to benefit this wonderful organization again! Decadence at Rapture last Saturday night. The Butterfly McQueen: Queen-style earrings made to compliment the Generous Fashions kimono sleeve jacket I'm wearing. Tanzanite colored Swarovski Soliloquy components accompanied by Swarovski crystals (chrysolite satin, crystal vitrail, and crystal tabac), teal freshwater pearls, and milky Peruvian blue opals. Topped with handmade sterling silver hamdmade wires that feature Swarovski scarabs in Jet AB 2X. Clearer shots in the comments 💜💙

I wish it rained as much as everyone thinks it does here in Seattle. (It doesn't) I can still be inspired, nonetheless. Smooth nuggets of fluorite in a refreshing watery blue find their place on handmade fine silver headpins and are subjected to the nautisk treatment. These will be made into a decadent necklace and earring set and will be available for purchase at The Handmade Showroom in Pacific Place 💙

Going to the Stay Sexy fundraiser for Planned Parenthood at LoFi Seattle tonight? We have a Soliloquy set in Light Rose (not unlike the one pictured here) in the silent auction. Handmade sterling silver earwires with Swarovski scarab beads in Emerald AB 2X and Spike Soliloquy components in Light Turquoise dangling beneath 💙

Pearls, amazonite, labradorite, moonstone, chalcedony, tourmaline, fluorite, and amethyst with sterling and fine silver. Freshly oxidized OOAK Nautisk sets for The Handmade Showroom to be dropped off this week (along with some unoxidized ones).

I have been told that the Viking knit over
focal beads looks nautical, like fish scales. I used to define it as spun silver but all of my wire work is spun silver so I really had to pick a more descriptive/exclusive/definitive name. Why not the Norwegian word for nautical aka Nautisk?
