Following time-honored French techniques and a philosophy of incorporating the finest of ingredients from around the world, Alexander has spared no expense or effort in creating these exceptional micro-batch, hand cra

fted chocolate truffles for past 12 years. For instance, the exquisite “Greek Rose” ganache is achieved by the gentle maceration of Greek rose petals in organic cream, then combined with fine chocolates to create a distinct bouquet of flavor and aroma. It is covered in two layers of dark chocolate and topped with pieces of candied French rose petals. (pairs exceptionally well with a glass of Rosé or Syrah)

Other unique flavors are: Colombian Coffee+Chicory, Pantae Coffee, Triple Sec, Brandy, Raspberry Brandy, Orange Blossom Honey, Organic Maple, and more.
