✨and stay focused on their own vision instead of constantly looking sideways

There’s a difference between starting a business and growing one.

Never have I done this work alone. As our company continues to scale, I’ve realized that getting to the next level requires stronger systems, clearer structure, and the willingness to evolve as a leader.

So grateful to the team at for helping provide a roadmap for what we’re building this quarter and over the next 12 months.

Reading a book is a huge feat, but getting a book published is a success all on its own. I’m incredibly proud of my friend for bringing this into the world. Watching her do this is such a reminder that what’s possible for one of us is possible for all of us. ✨

Her book, Quiet the Itty-Bitty Sh*tty Committee, is all about trusting yourself and your path while challenging the voices in your head that try to keep you small. Audrey is truly a gem, and I already know this conversation on the podcast, Make it You, is going to be powerful.

The mix of art, philanthropy, and community at Park Place LTD celebrating the launch of the foundation.

He’s creating opportunities and passing his vision forward to help children who otherwise may not have access to the resources and support they need to play and pursue their dreams. Truly in awe of his determination to make a difference in the lives of future athletes and the next generation.

What you see:
The pool. The outfits. The “time off.”

What you don’t see:
🫧The early mornings before anyone wakes up
🫧The quiet hours answering messages, reviewing boards, finishing client looks
🫧The projects getting wrapped between coffee sips and family moments
🫧The discipline it takes to keep showing up—even when it would be easier not to

Because the truth is…
this kind of life doesn’t just happen.
