I didn’t know it would be when I planned this trip, I’m just trying to see as many as I can. (Currently at 15 post-pandemic). Crater Lake is gorgeous, Lassen Volcanic is interesting and stinky, and the past week in Yosemite backcountry has been amazing. Next up: Redwoods, then home.

Open studios this Saturday … Though we’re not doing a street-closing summer fest like the last few years, some artists will open early and longtime tenants/notorious Burners Iron Monkey Arts will be hosting a pizza truck and vermouth bar to fundraise for their next trip to the desert. They’re as fun a group as the name implies, so come on out! 🐒🍕🎨
