Organically Local is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Support Team Member to help keep orders moving and our guests well taken care of.

You’ll take orders, make smoothies, help with light prep and closing, and work alongside the line cook to get food out smoothly.

We’re a small team, so clear communication and teamwork matter. We’re looking for someone who stays organized when things get busy, knows how to prioritize, speaks kindly and directly, and notices what needs doing without waiting to be asked. Sound judgment and a willingness to jump in go a long way here!

• Part-time to start, approximately 20 hours per week
• Potential to grow into full-time
• Saturdays required
• Must be available to work at both Downtown and Grove House locations
• Current off-season earnings for this role average approximately $17–$19/hour before taxes, including tips. Tip income varies.

Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus—we’d love to hear what you’d bring to our team.
