✨ A little Labor Day reset for the OL crew! ✨

Organically Local will be CLOSED TODAY + MONDAY for Labor Day weekend. 🌿

We have a very big week ahead as we prepare for our After Hours Dinner, so we decided to give our hardworking crew two days to rest and recharge before we dive into all the exciting preparations ahead.

In celebration of Garden Week, we’re bringing local farms to the table.

For Organically Local After Hours, our produce will be sourced from Double K Farm LLC in Lorida, our dairy & poultry from The Farmer’s Fork in Frostproof, and our beef & pork Lollis Beef in Lake Placid. Everything else will be made in-house right here at Organically Local.

This dinner is our way of celebrating with local seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and an intimate dining experience in Downtown Sebring.

You know Organically Local as your daytime spot for wraps, smoothies, bowls, juice and lunch.

On September 11 + 12, we’re showing you another side of us.

For two nights during Garden Week , our Downtown Sebring café will transform into a small, intimate evening restaurant with white tablecloths, bistro lights, candles, fresh flowers, table service and fresh flavors.

The menu will be intentionally limited and Mediterranean-inspired, featuring open-fire cooking, warm sourdough with house-crafted butters, seasonal sides and dessert.

And one important detail: this is not a ticketed event.

Come just like you would to any restaurant. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

For those who remember our Arbuckle Creek Farm | Weddings & Events Farm-to-Table Dinners, our goal is to bring that same thoughtful, elevated dining experience downtown.

Something new is happening after hours at Organically Local.

For two nights during Garden Week, we’re doing something we’ve never done before.

On Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, Organically Local Downtown will stay open for dinner from 5–9 PM, transforming our little daytime café into an intimate evening dining experience.

We’re creating a limited Garden-to-Table Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients and a few very special touches we’re saving for later.

Seating is limited and first come, first served. Reservations are recommended.
