So hello patrons and awesome followers .. I want to take the time to thank each and everyone of you for supporting our business and my dream to cook for a liviig( a lot harder than you think ) so again I’m truly humbled at the amount of love for This small business I’m a small town working its way to becoming a household name !! And secondly I’m here to drop the bomb 💣 on the new hoagie .. ok. Calling it’s the God Father .. I suggest a seeded roll .. so it will be all of the Italian meats we carry accented by a picante aged provolone .. with roasted red peppers .. And any addition you may want .. also I’m going to add a balsamic glaze over the top and second top it with a 24 parm / regggiano .. the meats will include genoa .. peperoni ..hot soppressada .. domestic cappacola ..pepper ham and prosciutto.. with the picante prov that’s aged .. 🤌🏼
