Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for floral artistry, a positive outlook, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday floral needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and create floral arrangements for customers, events, and special occasions
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with floral selections
• Maintain fresh flower inventory and ensure the quality of all floral products
• Process flowers, including cutting, conditioning, and arranging
• Keep the workspace and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Stay up to date with floral design trends and industry best practices
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of floral design experience (retail or event-based)
• Strong knowledge of flowers, greenery, and floral care techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Experience with floral wire work, bouquets, centerpieces, and event installations is a plus
