BBQ Billy put in some serious hours this weekend—pulled pork, pork tenderloins, and brisket rolling steady on the Louisiana grill.
All seasoned and sauced up with the flavors you know from Smokin Joe’s.

Rain or shine… the smoke doesn’t stop.

But if you’ve been paying attention… you might’ve noticed something else going up.

Let’s just say—this is only the beginning.
Bigger. Better. More of what you love.

Stay tuned… Smokin Joe’s is just getting warmed up 🔥

Joe Mitchell of Mitchell Appliance says, “What our company has evolved into is me being the old fella who didn’t care much about social media or the website. My son is now involved in guiding our website, social media, and point-of-sale systems so we can tie it all together.”

His story shows how learning from peers and embracing new technology can help a business evolve and prepare for the future.

If you see the opportunity at the Baileyville Benefit to buy the Firegrass Wagyu Brisket Meal for 10… DO NOT hesitate.

This isn’t just any brisket.
This is slow-smoked, long-rested, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu that’s been treated the right way from start to finish.

It’s for a great cause.
It feeds 10 hungry folks.
And you absolutely will not be disappointed.

Good food.
Good people.
Good reason to show up and bid strong.

When you see it… don’t think twice. 👊🔥
