Located on the northwest portion of Lake Keowee. Small business, privately owned on a private drive. We are located 1/4 mile from High Falls county park in Seneca, SC. We can store boats, pontoons, campers, and RV's.

Update: Foster to adopt!

💔 Ellie’s time to shine is now.

This sweet 8½-year-old, 55-lb Coonhound mix lost her person and came from a home where more than a dozen dogs were living outside. She’s had a hard life, but Ellie is polite, gentle and doesn’t ask for much.

She’s happiest in a quiet, calm home with routine and someone who will finally make her feel safe and loved. After having more than enough litters, it’s time for Ellie to simply be someone’s beloved companion. ❤️

Ellie needs to meet her new family by August 14. Can YOU help? If not, please SHARE. She's counting on someone to open their home to her. Note: Dog friendly. Housetrained.

All of the covered storage units are currently full. At this time, I have only outdoor storage. I have one extra large space, plenty of room for a 40 foot motor home. $55/month or $550 yearly. I have several smaller spaces which would be fine for a boat, boat trailer, or camper of 20 feet or less. These are $30 or $35/month, depending on the space. Or $300 to $350 yearly.

Due to the Coronavirus, things have been really slow this spring. I'm SO grateful to my long term rentors who have continued to stay with me during these times!
Currently all covered storage is full.
I have several options for outdoor storage:
2 small spaces, 11 ft wide, up to 22 ft deep, $30/m
2 medium spaces, 13 ft wide, up to 28 ft deep, $40/m
1 extra large space, 16 ft wide, accessable for up to 42 ft RV, $55/m (discounts available on yearly rates)
I also have storage for boat trailers further down the driveway, $30/m
