It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved tour guide and family member, Pam.

Pam has been with us since the very beginning. She wasn’t just a guide — she was part of the foundation of who we are. Her energy, her stories, and her unmistakable love for people shaped so many of the experiences our guests had over the years.

If you ever met Pam, you probably remember her love for tie-dye and how she would light up the second she met someone who shared her love for The Walking Dead. She had a special way of connecting with people — turning a simple tour into a shared experience full of laughter, fandom conversations, and genuine friendship!

Above all, Pam was a proud mom to her sons, and she carried that love with her everywhere she went!

Our hearts are broken, but we are so grateful for the years, memories, and joy she gave us and our guests. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever be part of every step we take.

Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this time. 💜

Update (1/22 2PM): Pam has woken up and is breathing on her own!! Prayers are being answered, but she still has a long road to recovery! Please keep praying!!!

Posts like these are never easy to make, but the power of prayer is something we believe strongly in. Our tour guide, Pam, is in the hospital & needs ALL the prayers she can get! We love you, Pam! ❤️
