My signature skein for the The Great Tennessee Yarn Tour ticket holders! There are still a few tickets available from Smoky Mountain Spinnery. The Tour just started but it's going to be fun! Come join us!

Here's a picture of my signature skein for the The Great Tennessee Yarn Tour, the newest addition to the Mountain Shades hand dyed line. It is called The Yellow Rose to honor the State of Tennessee's ratification of the 19th amendment to the United States Constitution on August 18, 1920 giving women the right to vote. Yellow roses were worn by those in favor of ratification. It came down to one man who changed his allegiance at the last moment.
Make something and wear your yellow rose with pride!
