For just a few moments, you get to stand beside them at the edge of one of the biggest moments of their lives. You can always see a lifetime of memories written all over their face.

Then the music starts, you straighten the dress one last time and send someone’s baby toward the person they’re choosing to spend forever with. 😭🤍

I don’t think that part of this job will ever feel ordinary to me. What an incredible privilege it is to be trusted with moments like these.

There really isn’t a better feeling than getting to be a part of someone’s wedding day. ❤️

Before I ever stepped into the wedding industry, the whole reason we got into event planning was simple: to take the stress of planning a party off of moms so they could actually be present, enjoy the moment, and make memories with their families.

And now, in a completely different way, we get to do the exact same thing for our couples. We take on the timelines, the details, the decorating, the vendors, the last-minute changes, and all of the little things happening behind the scenes so they don’t have to.

There’s something so rewarding about watching a couple enjoy one of the biggest days of their lives knowing that, in some small way, we helped make it easier for them to simply be present and soak it all in.

From birthday parties to wedding days, I think that will always be my favorite part of what we do, taking the stress away so our clients can enjoy the moments they’ll remember forever. ❤️

To me, being a good wedding coordinator means being willing to do whatever it takes to help your couple and their guests enjoy the day! ❤️ Sometimes that means stepping outside of the typical coordinator duties and honestly, those are some of our favorite moments!

We have SO much fun passing out these neons to the kids and watching them light up the dance floor! 🥹✨

This weekend was a big one for us with TWO weddings happening at the same time! One of my teams was holding it down in Sevierville while we were out in Gatlinburg, and both weddings were a success! 🙌🏼

I’m so incredibly grateful for a team that is always willing to go above and beyond right alongside me for every single client. It truly takes a team, and I couldn’t be more thankful for mine! ❤️
