Warehouse sale info & rules/expectations:
Please read carefully-there may be a secret code hidden that you need to tell us when you show up to get in! (🤫)
CASH ONLY. Correct change preferred!
Everyone will be $20 entry. (Example: If your husband is in the car and needs to come in to help carry a heavy bag or box to the car, he is more than welcome to come in and grab stuff from you, and not pay entry. On the flip side if you, your mom, and two teenagers are entering the warehouse and walking around/shopping it will be $20 each.)
Kids are welcome, and do not need to pay entry, but running and horseplay are strictly not allowed. According to my 11 and 8 year old the warehouse is BORING. 😅 So they may want to bring something to entertain themselves. 😂
LOCATION:
Our warehouse is located in the River Place shopping center at 659 Parkway Sevierville, TN next door to the Dollar Tree (657 Parkway Sevierville, TN will be the closest address to plug in on maps or gps if ours doesn't come up for you) on the left side of the shopping center. There are some parking spaces available across from our warehouse or you can park closer to the dollar tree or the church. I’ve added a photo with the area circled in purple.
We may have a few empty boxes, but we highly recommend bringing your own bags, totes, boxes, etc.
Depending on the weather, you will want to dress accordingly. (We recommend layers!!) If it’s warm, the warehouse is warm. If it’s chilly the warehouse is chilly. We recommend bringing a neck fan if you get hot easily. It can get stuffy!
Closed toe shoes are recommended and wear clothes you don’t mind getting potentially dusty!
The warehouse can be dangerous with heavy boxes, stairs, shelves, etc. It also gets pretty tight/chaotic as more people arrive and we would hate for anyone to get hurt.
If you are claustrophobic or easily overwhelmed this may not be the place for you. (Coming from someone who doesn’t like crowds/tight spaces.😅)
Some aisles will allow for baby strollers/wheelchairs/walkers, But some may be too tight.
I will try to get an updated video later this week, but we are still waiting on a few non-profits to come and pick up so I want to wait until they’ve got their items so it will be most up to date! We also are in the thick of moving, running main store (which has been SO busy! You guys are awesome!), online orders, birthday party prep for a cool 11 year old this weekend, etc so if it doesn’t happen I’m sorry!

NO RUDE, INTIMIDATING, OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR! PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHER SHOPPERS. This is NOT a hostile Black Friday sale environment or place for resellers to bully and hoard product. If that’s you, don’t come! We were really sad to hear (after the fact) that past weeks have involved some not-so-kind interactions between shoppers. We want you guys to shop til you drop, but that doesn’t mean you can be greedy and keep others from also shopping. First come first serve, yes, but no blocking aisles or not allowing others to come into the aisles you are on. These sales were meant as a thank you to all of you for supporting our clearance store for all these years, and we wanted to offer these supplies one final time at even cheaper prices because we know so many of you loved the items in the clearance center. We just ask that you extend kindness to every other shopper there and not take advantage. There is PLENTY for everyone! Also, I HATE confrontation and will shut the whole thing down if I have to deal with any, especially when you’re old enough to know better! 😂🫣
I know some of that may sound harsh, but we really just want this to be a fun and successful sale for EVERYONE who plans to show up!
