Stop in for running backpacks, shades, socks. If you need any last minute nutrition we also have you covered with untapped pure Vermont maple syrup and nuun sport hydration. Thanks to all of those that have donated to our Polar Bear jump fundraiser for the American Cancer Society so far! With y’all’s help I’ve made a ton of headway towards my goal, but still have a long ways to go! Rest assured, this will be no relaxing cold-water hydrotherapy. Wim Hof himself will be horrified at how undignified this Harbor water winter bath will be for me. It’s one of those “plug your nose, tuck in your fairy wings, and secure your tutu expecting the worst” sort of ice baths. Please consider donating!
