Starting and running a small business is not for the faint hearted. It seems like there's more down times as opposed to good times. Thanks to my wonderful support system, I am able to continue and get through all the not so great times. It may look like Common Roots is a one woman show, but that is not the case. My husband has been my biggest supporter since day one, and I would not be chasing my dream without him by my side. My husband's family has also helped and supported me all along the way, and I am so grateful. They might not be on payroll, but they are definitely my best employees and help with keeping the business running and flourishing.

I also cannot forget that I would not be able to chase my dream, without all of you. Customers make this possible for me and small businesses. So please, keep shopping small.
