🏺On Tuesday, Aug 25, we have the very popular “Carve & Bloom” workshop at the The French House of Clay in Green Bay. This one has sold out the last 3 times so get your tickets now!

🍄On Thursday, Aug 27, we have the Terrarium Workshop at the The Flour Pot - LLC in DePere. This is a fun workshop with several options for succulents and terrarium decor! One fun part of traveling is to see the flowers and vegetation outside of Wisconsin. Our family just had the best trip to Southern California! On our trip, we were amazed by outdoor plants and landscaping that are houseplants for us! Also, palm trees are so fun to see because it’s a sign we’re near the beach! 🌻 What’s blooming in the garden this week? It’s been fun to watch the different types of sunflowers we planted grow! Check out the pics for some of the different varieties we have this year, including 2️⃣🌻We have a first for us- a double sunflower with a two-sided bloom! 🐻🌻Teddy Bear sunflower is fuzzy looking sunflower although someone said that it looks more like a lion’s mane, which is true!

🌸🌼The zinnias are also blooming in a variety of colors, which makes for beautiful bouquets!

🥰We had another great night at the “Carve and Bloom” workshop at The French House of Clay with more amazing guests getting their creative juices flowing with the Bloom Bar and painting and carving vases! 😍We also had some very special guests join us- peep the pictures for more on our VIPs!

❤️What makes the “Carve and Bloom” so special?
In talking to some of the workshop guests last night, these were the top 2 things they said-
*Choice and creativity ! It’s not a ‘cookie cutter’ class. You have choice in everything that you create- flowers & vase! We marveled at how each person’s bouquet and vase turned out differently even though we all started with the same materials and directions.
*Time together! Socializing with your friends and/or family members is so good for you! The workshop is a casual vibe with plenty of time to chat and catch up as well as enjoy any snacks and beverages that you bring!

New workshop alert! 🌸🍪🩷 “Bloom Bar & Cookie Jar”- This is a collaboration workshop with the amazing Daneen Hansen of Willow Creek Tasty Treats & Jen KP of J & S Garden. Here are the beautifully delicious details-

📍Crystal Springs Golf Course, Seymour

🌼🍪Build a seasonal bouquet at the Bloom Bar and then use the bouquet as inspiration for decorating the cookies. Jen will provide the popular Bloom Bar and share bouquet making tips & tricks. Daneen will teach us how to decorate cookies like a pro! All skill levels welcome!

🌻Bouquet includes custom bouquet pick, flower food, glass mason jar and ribbon.
🦋Decorated cookie set includes sunflower, zinnia, bee, butterfly and watering can.
✨ There will also be giveaways at the event for participants to win!

☔️🌸🤍It was a true bridal “shower” yesterday on a rainy day for a beautiful bride! We had the honor of providing the Bloom Bar for the special event themed “Love is in Bloom”. We didn’t get a lot of pictures, but the bride-to-be shared with me after her shower that the Bloom Bar was a hit with their guests!

The bridal shower was held at the perfect location for a “love is in bloom” theme- at the Schieg Center Gardens in Appleton. It was a beautiful location that I would like to check out when it’s not raining! They have paved walking paths through floral displays and green areas.
