Sometimes you have to use your resources. We love the idea of up-cycling. We do it often. Gardens are not always TikTok perfection. We don’t always have the money for chic garden beds with cute lights and trellises. Sometimes the ground is not garden worthy, especially here in the Appalachian mountains with shale everywhere. Sometimes your garden is on the back of your apartment patio. It doesn’t have to look the best but it is provides you happiness, feeds our pollinators or it feeds your family, that’s what matters.
