One of our downtown merchants said that, and it stuck with us. It’s easy to wait for "someone else" to step up, but community pride starts in small, everyday moments.

A moment like picking up three pieces of trash or holding the door and sharing a genuine greeting with a stranger entering a shop.

Small actions add up quickly when we all take a turn.
