HME Home Medical is looking for a 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to join our team.

This role is a great fit for someone who has experience with medical insurance claims, billing, and accounts receivable and enjoys solving problems, digging into the details, and helping patients navigate billing questions.

In this role, you’ll:
• Research and resolve unpaid, unprocessed, and denied claims
• Work with insurance companies, patients, and our third-party billing agency
• Review billing information and resubmit claims when needed
• Follow up on claims, denials, appeals, and payer requests
• Answer patient billing questions and assist with payment processing
• Help identify payer trends and issues that impact our workflows

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of medical insurance claims experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
