🍂The countdown to the Fall Walker Homestead Antiques Show is officially ON! 🍂
Seeing our previous booth and centerpiece dough bowl featured in the prestigious Maine Antique Digest is a wonderful reminder of why we love what we do. It’s hard work pulling together an authentic primitive display, and getting a nod from the industry’s premier digest means the world to us!
For the upcoming show on Saturday, September 26th, we knew we had to raise the bar. We’ve spent months holding back our absolute best, freshest estate finds. Many of these pieces have not been listed or put out in the shop. This is our elite, unpicked primitive merchandise making its absolute premiere! We aren't posting any sneak peek photos of the new inventory yet, but get ready for first dibs on major pieces like:
🔹 An extraordinary early make-do upholstered settle bench with incredible historical character and a rugged, untouched wooden frame.
🔹 A spectacular small corner cupboard boasting an absolutely stunning, vibrant old blue painted finish.
🔹 A magnificent early pie safe featuring beautifully punched star tin panels and a gorgeous weathered green surface.

At WALKER HOMESTEAD's Antiques & Primitive Goods Show:
The large trencher or dough bowl displayed by The Duck Pond Antiques and Primitives, Charlemont, Massachusetts, is over 5' long. With its base, it was priced under $1000. After the show, Katelyn Gerry wrote, in part, “Walker Homestead is a show we as dealers always look forward to attending. To say we were satisfied is an understatement.
