🚨 ORDER UPDATE — PLEASE READ 🚨

We pride ourselves on being a very transparent small business, so we wanted to give everyone an update instead of answering the same questions individually. 💛

Our inks were supposed to arrive yesterday, but unfortunately they have been sitting in Lexington since Sunday. 😩 At this point, no ink = we cannot finish printing orders that are currently waiting.

We are REALLY hoping they show up TODAY instead of Thursday like the tracking is currently showing. 🤞🏼

PLEASE DON’T PANIC YET! 😂 Your orders have not been forgotten, and we are watching the tracking closely.

We will post another update this evening around 7–8 PM once we know more.

If this delay ends up affecting an order that absolutely cannot be completed within the needed timeframe, refunds will be issued where necessary.

We completely understand that some of these orders are time-sensitive, which is why we wanted to be upfront with everyone as soon as possible.
