Xenos Solid Body - Heading to auction for a good cause!! $1500 starting bid!! Get on it!! Jackās Corner Foundation
A few years back my long time friend Gary asked me about doing a guitar for a benefit auction for his grandson Jack. At an early age Jack was diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia 50 (SPG50). Read more about it below ā¬ļø
For the 3rd time in a row Gary and I have put together a guitar donation for Jacks Corner Foundation, and this year the guitar included in the auction is a Xenos Solid Body!! (Yeah THAT one!!)
Starting now through this Saturday thereās an online silent auction that will benefit Jacks Corner and included is the prototype Xenos Solid body. The bidding starts at $1500, an absolute steal!!!
Please head to the Jacks Corner Foundation Instagram or page to read more, share their story and if you have the means, bid on the guitar or donate to their foundation. Every dollar helps!!

Thank you!!!āØāØHereditary Spastic Paraplegia 50 (SPG50 or AP4M1-associated hereditary spastic paraplegia) is a neurodegenerative disorder that generally presents with global developmental delay, moderate to severe intellectual disability, speech delays or absent speech, small head size, seizures, and progressive motor symptoms. The child usually displays hypotonia (low-muscle tone) and later develops hypertonia (high-muscle tone). The hypertonia creates spasticity starting in the lower legs and working up. Typically the spasticity leads to a walker and then eventually wheelchair reliance. Spasticity may progress to the upper extremities, leading to the partial or total loss of use of all four limbs and torso.
This disease affects so few children worldwide that treatment is in its infancy. Jackās Corner is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and finding a cure for children with SPG50 through the acceleration of gene therapy treatments, funding of research, and raising awareness of the disease.
