Friends, I’ve shut down the comments. I want to thank each of our amazing customers who came to our defense. Unfortunately, we had some that defended this awful behavior. They do not have a place here at B*H. I turned off comments; I will not spend my evening dealing with trolls. As of 7:42pm 18k have seen this post.

🚨 A FRIENDLY REMINDER FROM BOXER CRAFT HOUSE 🚨

We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcome, supported, and excited to be part of our quilting community. ❤️

However, being welcoming does not mean we will tolerate theft or the unauthorized copying of products sold in our shop.

Today, we caught someone taking pictures of patterns directly out of a pattern book in our store. When asked if they were taking pictures, they denied it. The incident was captured on our security cameras.

Let’s be clear: Theft is wrong. Copying and taking someone else’s work without permission is not okay. Pattern designers work hard to create their designs, and independent quilt shops work hard to support those designers and bring their products to you.

At Boxer Craft House, we will not tolerate this behavior. We are a small, independent, woman-owned business, and we take protecting our inventory, our designers, and our livelihood seriously.

We love our quilting community and are so grateful for the wonderful customers who support us, respect our shop, and help us keep this creative community thriving. ❤️

Please remember that supporting independent quilt shops means respecting the people and creativity that make this industry so special.

Sometimes the best part of having a little work family is getting together when there’s NO WORK REQUIRED! 😂❤️

Today was Whitney’s housewarming party, so Julie, Molly, and I were super excited to go check out her lovely new home and spend some time together outside of the shop. 🏡✨

We ate. We laughed. We had a LOT of fun. And yes… we even talked a little bit about work. 😂 Because apparently when you love what you do, you can’t completely turn it off!

But mostly, we just enjoyed being together, getting to know each other a little better, and having some good old-fashioned Sunday fun. 🥰

Here we are… the B*H gang hanging out on a Sunday instead of working! 😉🧵❤️
