Looking back on this picture from 5 years ago of my youngest helping me get stamps on Wedding Invitations for a client with beautiful envelopes addressed by Patty of Simply done... . Many celebrations have been on hold over the past year. Seeing light at the end of the tunnel ... hang in there.

I love how this LinkedIn video uses a classic children's story "everyone needs a rock" to illustrate how placement, font style of words are as meaningful as the words themselves in conveying meaning. I frequently use this idea when designing invitations with my clients. How the lines of text break, the size, shape and style convey meaning lean towards either modern or traditional and are as important as the papers, colors and other design elements in creating an end product reflective of the client.
