I realized, I seldom have anyone check up on me, so I decided I will send random texts to different people on my friends lists. I am not asking anything from anyone, I just want people to know even though I may not be in contact often cause let’s face it life can get in the way, I was reminded recently by a family member how incredible it feels “to be seen”. When this person reached out to me, I felt alive, seen, and loved. Lately, I’ve been feeling very much alone, that is an unhealthy state to be in so let’s check up on one another, and if you know someone that isn’t on social media, send a text or go old school and send a card. Kindness is infectious, let’s spread kindness into the world instead or anger, hate, and or drama. Let’s go viral for the right reasons
