This video is still long by today's standards, but the bones and music were already done by the time I realized I've got to do shorter videos, and the time it was taking to edit it down and make the music and sync points work was becoming enough to decide to just post it and move along. Was hoping to have a video done for this amazing property that I went out and shot footage for twice, but the computer dummy in me had other ideas. Still trying to figure out the storage issue. Anyway, I'll be at this unbelievably awesome property today from 12-2. There has been a recent price improvement.
Then, in case I haven't mentioned it...The premier of the first real estate horror short that I know of...THE HOUSE THAT WOULD NOT SELL. Be sure to tune in and engage with it. Not letting the weather keep me down. Tomorrow I will be premiering a virtual open house tour and trying to do something kinda clever and unusual to make it more visually interesting. I hope you will join me. Time to be announced after I finish it up later. Somehow I got to where I was recording when I thought I wasn't and vice versa, so with that and the special effects, it's taken me longer than expected to get it stitched together.
