On the way to the lake to catch bait I noticed something in the road and it was an alligator that had apparently been run over. I just had to snap a picture as we just don’t see them around here. I went out and caught bait for the trip but the weather had other plans for me today. My peeps and I decided there would be another day to fish .

Drake and I helped Striper Express with a group trip this morning. Fist stop where I’ve been getting them was really slow but the second stop was the ticket! Fun times Memories Made on Memorial Day!

What a difference a day can make! Yesterday we had lighter winds than today and we really smashed the fish today was not nearly as productive as the day before. The wind kept us from moving too far or getting back to where we got em yesterday. Ohh well we will try again tomorrow. Thanks Tim Cline and Striper Express for the trips!
