I was interviewed recently for The Extra Slice podcast with
The question that got me was “what are you most proud of?” A tough question- i am proud we are open/ I’m proud of the quality of the product we produce/ I’m proud of the community we’ve built. With all of that i am most proud of the friendships that are created . I can speak for my children to say good friends were hard to come by- and now we all have so many!
Working in the same room with Mike & Patte listening to them talk about their families; working with Leah & Maddy hearing them giggle as they tell jokes; being in social skills class with Josephine & Ryan helping each other with relationship advice- THAT is the best part 😊
We now have social skills art classes 5 days a week for the summer! Come flex your creative muscle and make a friend ❤️

Were interviewed on The Extra Slice podcast
Taught a lovely group of people how to create a shell wreath
Met our local officers from Ship Bottom
Block printed brand new sweatshirts!
Created brand new wreaths 😃
And added Fathers Day and Americas 250th birthday graphics to our clothing 😊
OPEN every day!

The official start of summer means our friends are coming back ❤️
Someone said to me yesterday she made a friend through PWAP- that’s it! That’s what it’s all about:) using our storefront- our social media- our presence as a place where people can come together and really see the great in each other. A place where each one of us can be ourselves and be included and valued for who we are
We do that best with our friends- and summer brings them all back!
