Things A Drift For over 45 years, Thing A Drift has brought natural nautical design to your LBI home. Things a Drift has been a Long Beach Island staple for over 48 years.

This is not your ordinary beach town shell shop. We are home to interior design ideas, local artwork, sea glass, hermit crabs, a huge selection of rare shells and sea life, and plenty of unique gift ideas you won't find anywhere else on LBI. Things A Drift seeks to break away from traditional shell shops and beach stores by providing education and history on local wildlife as well as being a strong part of the community.

USS Constitution sails past Barnegat Light by Nancy Edwards. Though the Constitution and Ol' Barney never actually met, as the lighthouse was built in 1859, sixty two years after the ship was launched, this beautiful piece captures the spirit of the nation as we celebrate it's 250th birthday.
