More good news, bad news, folks.

The good news is that the maple ice cream made in house by Kirby Family Creamery is ready again for the season! Lisa, who you might also know from her years of working behind the counter selling sirup in our shop, just made a fresh batch this afternoon. It might be a smidge chilly just yet but this stuff is crazy good. You'll want to make sure you get some!

The bad news is actually the same as our last post: the walnut sirup and maple-walnut sirup blend are not ready yet. We've had some production issues and we're not ready to sell it yet. But we are still working to get at least enough to fulfill our reserve list and hopefully more! It will just be a little longer. Thank you for your patience and if you've already reserved a bottle or three, we will contact you when it's ready!

We still hope to see you this weekend. Plenty of maple sirup, ice cream, pure maple, cream, sugar, candy, pancake mix, and much more is available for you in the shop, and you might even see the evaporator running.
