Softball is my passion, and Coach Bub has pushed me to levels I didn’t even know were possible. He believed in me with everything softball—from batting training to confidence, effort, and mindset. I wanted to do something special to thank him for all the time and energy he has put into helping me grow.
Since his biggest passion outside of coaching is racing modified cars, and he is Turbush Racing, I decided to build him a custom rod that represents everything he does. A small way to show how much his support means to me, both on and off the field.
Thank you, Coach Bub, for believing in me and helping me become better every single day.

Welcome to Kelly’s Hand-Tied Jig’s! 🎣💙
Hi everyone! I’m Kelly, and I’m really excited to start this brand-new page!
I’m 14 years old, and for the past two years I’ve been tying my own jigs and learning the craft of wrapping custom fishing rods. It’s been so much fun growing my skills, and I have to give a huge thank-you to my mentor Sam from Knot Your Rods for teaching me so much. And of course, a big thank-you to my Dad for always supporting me and letting me take over the table with feathers and thread!
I’m starting this page to grow my brand, share the jigs and rods I’m working on, and create a space where I can connect with other anglers. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s next.
