Pacific Northwest born and raised, Monique grew up chasing vibes from the salty beaches of the Washington coast to family camping trips on the Puget Sound — floating rivers, fishing lakes, snowboarding Cascade peaks, and even catching waves in the icy swells of the North Pacific. 🏄♀️
Her world was shaped by the culture of growing up in the 80s and 90s, layered with her father’s love of music and his lived experiences from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. These decades weren’t just years on a calendar — they were a cultural revolution, each one pushing boundaries, sparking new identities, and fueling waves of self-expression.
