Meet our next barbeque vendors Dylan Teekell and Jon Ortiz of East Side Fire!

One of Shreveport's most recent collaborations, East Side Fire is a popup dining experience meant to push the palette all while providing comforting and familiar flavors to guests. Most commonly know for their work with Ghost Ramen which is situated in Stray Cat in Downtown Shreveport these guys are not just hardworking but innovative.

Make sure to congratulate them on one full year of being brick and mortar and three years of Ghost Ramen all together. Together these talented kitchen wizards bring together a diverse set of skills from restaurants like Noble Savage, Zocolo's, The Port Grill and El Dorado.

We hope you're prepared for a flavor explosion because these two are bringing the heat to Bourbon and BBQ on April 22nd.
