Estate Pros is honored to present the contents of an elegant Pierremont residence belonging to a distinguished family deeply rooted in Shreveport's history. This exceptional collection reflects generations of thoughtful collecting and features fine antiques, museum-quality original artwork,
distinguished traditional furnishings, hand-knotted custom-made rugs, mirrors, lighting, porcelain, and decorative accessories.

The centerpiece of the sale is a magnificent French Boulle-style Bonheur du Jour, accompanied by
an outstanding selection of European and American furnishings, antique accessories, and quality decorative arts. Among the collection's most distinguished offerings is an original commissioned portrait of the lady
of the house by internationally acclaimed Spanish portraitist Alejo Vidal-Quadras. Renowned for
painting Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Maria Callas, and members of the royal families of Spain, Monaco, Italy, Jordan, and Luxembourg. Vidal-Quadras was one of Europe's premier society portraitists. The opportunity to acquire one of his original commissioned portraits is exceptionally
uncommon in the Shreveport market.
The fine art collection also includes an original work by Fernand Renard, whose paintings have been offered through Sotheby's, an original landscape by English artist William Traies (1789–1872), and works by noted Louisiana artist Rhea Gary.

Celebrating Winfred & Patsy

As promised, here are the photos from our wonderful evening celebrating Winfred & Patsy!

Before we begin, a very special thank you to Henrietta Wildsmith, brilliant photojournalist and partner of Bluebird Estate Sales, for so beautifully capturing these moments. We are grateful to her for allowing us to share her outstanding photographs. Also, a special thank you especially to Mary O’Neal for graciously hosting us in her beautiful home. Thank you Frankie for preparing an amazing feast for us all. So many helped, I cannot express my thanks enough!

It was especially meaningful to have Winfred and Patsy’s family together for this celebration. Their son Patrick Weldon, his wife Stephanie, and their son Nick traveled from Jackson, Mississippi, to be part of the evening. Their son Mark Weldon and his wife Shannon, from Bossier City, were also in attendance. Having their family there made the celebration even more special.

It was also a pleasure to welcome Nan Jackson and Pauline Hall of Magnolia Estate Sales (retired). Seeing longtime friends and respected colleagues together again made the evening even more memorable.

One of the highlights of the evening was looking around the room and seeing so many members of the estate sale community gathered in one place. I honestly can’t remember another time when so many of us have been together for the same occasion. It was a joy to reconnect, share stories, laughter, and memories, and reflect on the tremendous impact Winfred has had on our industry over the years, and the fact that he continues to make a difference today. His knowledge, integrity, generosity, and willingness to mentor others have influenced so many estate sale professionals throughout our region.

Estate Pros was honored to be part of such a meaningful evening celebrating two people who have meant so much to so many. Thank you to everyone who came together to honor Winfred and Patsy and celebrate a lifetime of friendship, service, and lasting contributions to our community.
